Position Summary: Internships Positions Available Immediately

Description:

​

The position will allow the intern to gain experience in social media marketing, business development to grow the business of the organization

​

Assist the management team with attracting visits to the www.ohollc.org website, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pags.

​

Establish new partnering relationships, to increase the community awareness and community knowledge of the benefits the organization provides via Targeted Case Management, PSR and Counseling Services.

​

Ensures absolute confidentiality with respect to information records concerning families and children. Requirement

​

​

Perform targeted marketing efforts to identified referring entities to cultivate the referral relationships and to build a committed referral partner for OHO.

​

Attend community events that provide an opportunity to both identify potential top referral sources and to maintain existing referral relationships

​

Marketing/Business Development Internship

​

Description:

​

Perform targeted marketing efforts to identified referring entities  to cultivate the referral relationships and to build a committed referral partners for OHO. Identify potential top referral sources and to maintain existing referral relationships. 

​

​

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

                         

• Drives business and market growth for counseling and case management service lines.

 
• Ensures confidentiality of OHO information, documentation, and records as required.

 
• Develops knowledge of at risk communities, agencies and referral sources to meet the needs of OHO Clients

​

• Perform activities related to increasing awareness and establishing a referral sources  for single/small practices pediatricians, family/internal medicine providers, psychiatrists,

​

• Perform activities related to increasing awareness and establishing a referral sources  for churches, community agencies,mentoring groups and other non profit entities.

• Connect with community leaders to establish relationships on behalf of OHO to generate referrals, increase social media engagements and community awareness.

​

* Contribute to the resource directory for OHO and partnering potential of referring entities

• Utilize social medical to increase awareness of OHO services.

Social Work/Targeted Case Manager Internship

​

Description:

Optimum Health Outcomes is interested in obtaining interns to assist with providing services to our clients. 

Responsibilities:

 

• Students have the opportunity to work in the community to develop referrals for OHO and partnering agency, develop resource directory, network with community, healthcare and behavior health providers. 

• Review progress note and other documentation templates and provide  drafted suggestions to the administration team of OHO, LLC

• Assist with developing curriculum for internship program as well entities in which postings of internships would be beneficial

•  Assist in the file completion accuracy of client files for TCM, Counseling and PSR services

• The interns will assist TCM's, OHO administration and PSR staff with researching and finding services in the community beneficial for clients and keeping those services. 

• Mileage and gas will be reimbursed. Internship is unpaid with a stipend to be provided at the completion of three months.
